Fall Menu Debut: September 22nd

As you may or may not know, Signatures Restaurant debuts a new menu with the coming of each season. Beginning September 22nd, enjoy items from the fall menu and an autumn-inspired cocktail or two. The proteins are local, the plates are colorful, and the flavors are superb!

Before every menu change, our culinary team prepares each dish for our staff to try out. Yes- our staff is spoiled with amazing food, but it’s also a chance for them to learn and ask questions about the new menu. When you join us for dinner, your server can answer any questions you may have about a dish or the specific ingredients the Chef uses and offer suggestions as well. We test them too! Each host, server, and bartender passes with a 90% or higher, so the information you receive is correct.

Staff Favorites: Poached Pear Salad and Grilled Swordfish

Favorite Returning Dishes: Butternut Squash Agnolotti and Chicken Oscar

Now let’s talk cocktails! We’re bringing back the Caramel Apple Martini and the Cranberry Storm and offering a few more you haven’t seen before. Our bartender Zach created a martini called Autumn’s Rose that presents gin with a subtle berry flavor. The Maple Bourbon Old Fashioned is made with real maple syrup and garnished with a slice of bacon. Anyone remember the little girl from Charlie and the Chocolate Factory who swells up into a giant blueberry? Violet Beauregarde is her name and the name of our new cocktail that features muddled blueberries, brown sugar, dark rum, amaretto, and ginger ale.

Signatures Restaurant is open Monday through Saturday from 5 to 9 pm and Sunday 4 to 8 pm. Reservations are suggested, but we will accommodate walk-in guests if we can! Seasonal cocktail are also available in theGrill, which is open from 11 am to 9 pm daily. We hope to see you soon!
