New seasonally inspired menu at Signatures is starting on Wednesday, March 20th! Our culinary offerings and quality atmosphere have been awarded the AAA Three Diamond Rating.
Start off your menu with the new Bruschetta, with a grilled French baguette topped with fresh mozzarella, served with olive tapenade, roasted artichoke pesto, tomato blend and a balsamic reduction drizzle.
For your entree, try the new Baked Seafood Fettuccine, with shrimp, langostino, fire roasted tomatoes, broccoli florets, and roasted artichoke sautéed in a garlic cream sauce, topped with two pan seared scallops and panko, then garnished with a parmesan crisp and chives.
Finally for dessert, try the new Grand Marnier Cheese Cake, which is a house made cheesecake, garnished with candied orange zest, orange supréme whipped cream and topped with an orange glace.
