Spinach tossed in our raspberry vinaigrette, candied walnuts, & chèvre-stuffed raspberries

Bacon-Wrapped Sirloin

8 oz. Grilled bacon-wrapped sirloin with parmesan & herb encrusted fingerling potatoes, smoked shallot demi-glace, & green beans

Salmon

Grilled salmon fillet topped with sautéed shrimp scampi, saffron-scented jasmine rice, & broccolini

Four-Cheese Ravioli

with Chicken Breast or Shrimp

Ravioli filled with ricotta, parmesan, Romano, & asiago cheese sautéed with zucchini, summer squash, asparagus, & spinach — all tossed in a white wine garlic butter sauce

Chicken Oscar

Pan-seared chicken breast, lump crab meat, grilled asparagus, roasted garlic mashed potatoes, & hollandaise sauce
