"We recently had our company banquet here at the event center. They served over 300 of our members/guests. This is our second time here and both times have been TOP NOTCH! We gave our guests a choice of prime rib, roasted chicken, halibut, or fettuccine alfredo. Every meal was FANTASTIC! The salad was served first and that was a delicious combination of sprouts, fresh greens, arugula, shredded carrots, and radishes. We also had a variety of fresh rolls on our tables and little bowls of butter balls that were soft enough to spread on the bread. For dessert, we chose an apple pie and ice. This was such a wonderful finish to our meal! We had an awards ceremony and the room was equipped with a stage, tables on the stage, a US flag, a projector screen, and necessary equipment to run our slideshow. We truly couldn't have been more pleased with everything! The ENTIRE staff was amazing! Kerry was the planning coordinator and she was on point. Thanks to everyone!"
